The player from Slovenia was experiencing difficulties withdrawing their funds because the transactions to preferred payment methods are not possible. The casino responded and stated that one of the documents supplied for verification was older than 60 days, so a newer one was required. Also, the casino advised that the player now had no remaining balance in their account. The player stopped responding to the complaint, so it was eventually rejected.

They dont want to pay. They make excuses visa and bank transfer is not an option due to global issue. I should use crypto instead. I dont use crypto and they took my visa for deposit with no problem. Scam company stay away!!!! Where do you get rating 8/10 for such a company. Please change it as quickly as possible before they trick more customers.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

This was my first and last deposit. As i explained customer service i cant use skrill or neteller in my country for gambling deposits. There is no global issue as they cant provide any proof of that. They just try anything not to pay. And avoid 2 most common methods is just one of them. They should inform players and also not take this methods for deposit if they really cant pay this way. Saying that i have to use crypto to get my money is just crazy. Please review their rating as soon as possible if they dont fix this very soona

Dont ever trust them. The worst of the worst. They didnt even accept my proof of residence. They want a bill with original stamp on it as you know now most bills are in pdf. I provided 3 different documents that were already approved by many other bookmakers- original pdf bills and bank statements. Stay away from them if you want to ever withdraw winings.

They dont accept pdf documents even original ones. I provided printed copy but then there should be fresh stamp on it. I also provided police ticket for speeding, voting ticket and bank statement. Nothig was approved with silly excuses. Look betssen still has good casino rating which means more customers will be tricked into joining. And thats on you casinoguru.


Im providing one screenshot about their comunication. They said they will terminate my membership if i dont bet on higher odds than 1.3. have you ever heard anything like that??


Hoe much more proof do you need to give them worst possible rating??

Hello Adam.


In the case of rejected documents, we request documents within the last 60 days, but in the case of utility bill he uploaded, the date has exceeded, and in the case of pdf file, if the uploaded document is suspected, we require a photo. If the user sends us the documents within 60 days, we can verify it and process it immediately. 🙂


For the withdrawal methods, check the following: Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard Wallet, Rapid Transfer, Cryptocurrency, JETON, EcoPayz, MuchBetter, SticPay, Webmoney, AstroPay. These can also be checked by players.

And the reason we recommended cryptocurrency for withdrawal is that there is no need to deposit for verifying this method, and it can be processed fast and immediately, and it's very reasonable under our Terms and Condition.


We take stronger and stricter KYC process for deposited user using card because unlike other wallets such as Neteller or Skrill, etc., there are many cards that do not belong to the user, and being used for deposit.


One last thing, his disputed amount is 200 EUR but he deposited only 30 EUR and there's no amount left on this player's account.
