I'm trying to withdraw $4,387.23 from my winnings I put in 20 so they can verify it whatever I know places do that but then after that they want to service fee of $220 I wasn't given that to them and they said it's for gambling tax I asked them to take it out of my winnings and they told me that I can't get everything for free so I just need to know if this is a thing do they really do that do you really got to pay $220 to get your winnings because it's never done that to me in any other casino the customer service guy was rude and told me to pay it or not get my winnings can you help me out
