BetPlays Casino - Player's winnings confiscated due to alleged rule violation.

I made a withdrawal request of 3514$. I have never used any bonus, send all my documents and had already made a withdraw like 2 weeks ago that went well.

They now just cancelled my withdrawal after 9 days of waiting and only put back 1984$ on the betplays account. You guys saying I violted rules 9. I review the rules 9 and I did absolutely nothing from that. I want my winnigns back plz.

Hi, they only mentionned that i violeted rule 9 of the term and conditions which is talking about fraud (i am a 24 years old boy that bet on mma for fun i don’t know what they are talking about). When i asked to specify what they are talking about, they cant give me any answer. I only use sport betting
