Hello, i have been playing at bet flip for 2 months and never ever had any issues,

i have made 10 deposits and 9 of those have been without any bonus as bet flip

always removed them for me. I turned my 10th deposit of 125 euros into 2300 euros

and requested a withdrawal and both my withdrawals have been rejected. One the

first withdrawal rejection they told me i had to do kyc even tho i had done this

step a few weeks ago and got an email back saying account is now verified. I

submitted all my kyc checks again via email. On my second withdrawal they rejected

again and since have stopped communication with me after multiple emails and empty

live chat sessions i am confused on what to do next. I find it unfair that bet flip

are allowed to treat their customers like this even tho they were quick to accept

Do I understand correctly based on provided screenshots that this was your first attempt to withdraw winnings? You mentioned that 9/10 deposits have been without bonuses. Did you claim any bonus with your last deposit?
