I’ve been trying to withdraw funds on my account but my requests are being rejected all the time without explanation. I sent all documents for account verification, didn’t have active bonus. I keep trying to contact live help but there is no response whatsoever. It looks like they avoid me. I’m not sure what to do. I was accepted as a player and my deposits were accepted, at the moment I can only access my account but I can’t play anymore. I didn’t receive one single message from them explaining the matter.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem. Have you received any confirmation about successful verification? When exactly did you send all the documents, please?

Also, I tested the live chat and I received a response almost immediately, in addition to his I was informed that the live chat is available 24/7. Has the casino blocked you from accessing the live chat, or simply no one ever replies? Have you tried their email support support@betflip.io?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I’ve been trying to contact the casino on live chat, I try a few times a day, I ask questions but there is no response. Very rarely I get lucky to connect with an agent but as soon as I ask them why I can’t withdraw the funds they say they will check and leave the chat. Last time when I actually chatted with an agent, was last week, I can’t contact them since then at all.

I e-mailed documents for account verification on the 12/02/21 (driver license, cards I used to make deposits and a phone bill), I also uploaded documents on casino site.

I’ve sent a few e-mails asking whether my account was verified or not, and why I can’t withdraw funds. I haven’t received any response. Yesterday I even e-mailed a copy of my passport but haven’t received response for that either.

I don’t know what I’ve done wrong, but reading all reviews about the casino now I’m worried I will not be able to make a withdrawal at all.
