I deposited with my BTC wallet 2 x 500 Eur on tuesday 26.10.2021, of course I do have proofs of the transactions made, well from my Betflip account aswell from my BTC wallet.


First I lost my 1st 500 Eur deposit, then I decided to deposit another 500 Eur and won my money back plus additional 300 Eur, so I have now a balance of 1300 Eur! I played with RAW CASH - NO BONUS funds! ALL REAL CASH - only condition 1 x wager my balance, what I did more then twice!


In the chat the support before I registered tolded me I dont have to verify me when I use BTC to deposit, and the withdrawals are maked within 30 minutes!


FAILED !!!


After that I saw only all reviews on TRUSTPILOT:

So they rejected my withdrawal and asked me to verify me, that I did logical as I always cooperate! It is not the first time for me to verify an account! I know exactly what documents it needs.


I have send them my driving licence front and back, my passport, a selfie where I even hold my driving licence, a bank statement (which was normally no need as I deposited with BTC), a mobile phone invoice, an internet invoice, a contract from my mobile phone, a TAX document of the state of Netherlands.


So all what they needed they have became!

Then the bad shit started, every chat contact I tooked they was disrespectful, closed me the chat, didnt answered any question, always sayd time is over or they have to leave! Emails they ignore not answer at all!


Then one agent told me it take up to 72 hours for the verification, ok I waited, no after 4.5 days only they VERIFIED only my identity (driving licence and passport) - but say that they dont can VERIFY my address proof, as it has to be in ENGLISH! WHAT BULLSHIT ??????????????


I had in my life over 100 casino accounts, and my address remains my address not matters if the document is in DUTCH, ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, RUSSIAN or I dont know what language! As long it is an official and legal and correct document!


There is nothing what is wrong about my documents, they are all actual, not older then 2 months, somes are only a couple days old!


In every casino with the half on documents I was verified in short, only here they NOT want to finish the process, as they not wanna pay my money back !!!


Its now 1 week over, they not let me withdrawal, they not answer any email, I have over 12 - 15 email proofs! I have 38 screenshots of all the chat historys, I have the deposit confirmations, all I have!


BUT THEY NOT INTEND TO PAY MY MONEY BACK !!!

It is a salary of mine, I have a family and a 2 years old daughter, if I cant pay my rent, we lose our house !!! IM IN NEED OF THIS 1300 EUR !!!


PLEASE HELP ME I CAN PROVDE ALL YOU NEED !!!

Do I understand correctly that the proof of address in the English language seems to be the last document standing between you and your winnings? Do I understand correctly that the rest of your documents have been approved?

First of all my apologises for the abusive language. But my nerves...


I see the internet full of bad reviews, on every forum I check I only read player never get their money back!

I even didnt won really something as 1000.- Eur are my own deposits! But they are closing me every single chat in front of my noise: TIME IS OVER - I HAVE TO LEAVE permanent and gone they are. NOW they even blocked my IP to can use the live chat function on their site. I sent over 25 emails and not 1 person answer.


RIGHT: They ask an address proof in ENGLISH! But is this a BIG JOKE ???


I had in my life in over 10 years 100s of accounts, where I had to make a KYC and Im exactly aware of it how to let me verify! I can name you here all casinos over the whole internet which exist, I know so many licences, I was so many times in contact with MGA Malta. Im really 100% aware what it needs for a successfull verification.


The point is follows to understand it better:


Before I opened the account on BETFLIP I went in the chat and asked, how its about WITHDRAWALS - ah no problem amounts till 2000 Eur goes within 30 Minutes, and NO VERIFICATION is a need if you play with BTC!


I asked this 3 times, before I decided to open an account. As in the Netherlands Neteller, Skrill, Paysafe, Trustly was getting restricted trough the state of Netherlands (but now seems that they can offer again the services for players) - I maked a BTC wallet. I never had to do in my life with BTC!


The offer what I received was deposit 500 Eur and you get 100 Eur CASH WITHOUT RESTRICTION - 1 x WAGER your AMOUNT that was the only condition! So I have deposit 500 Eur with BTC and received accordingly 100 Eur CASH - I played logical my amount 1 time trough and LOST it. I went couple hours in the chat and asked if that offer can be done again, yes they was so kind and offered me for another 500 Eur to give me 100 Eur in cash, I deposited this and won luckyli my money back and additional 300 Eur on top - so that is the actual situation I have 1300 Eur (1000 Eur own money and 300 Eur win) and the amount was played more then 1 time trough, what was the only condition!


After that I tried to withdrawal - BOOM REJECTED !!! And they ask me to verify my account.

I ask why - as 3 agents told me deposit with BTC not need a verification, and they say sometimes well.

OK no problem I always will cooperate and directly have sent all what is a need.


Then they have let me wait for almost 5 days, even they sayd 72 hours. After that I receive an email your identity is verified - PLEASE SEND BANK STATEMENT OR UTILITY BILL IN ENGLISH !!! Since there 25 emails gets ignored!


I life in the Netherlands, a Dutch speaking country. The major language is not English, and the companys dont provide ENGLISH invoices, I asked my internet provider, my mobile phone provider, my bank, and not one of them is able to deliver me a ENGLISH WRITTEN INVOICE!


IN NO CASINO SINCE ALMOST 10 YEARS I EVER HAD TO DELIVER AN ADDRESS PROOF IN ENGLISH !!!

ADDRESS PROOF IS ADDRESS PROOF - MY ADDRESS NOT WILL CHANGE - IF THE DOCUMENT IS IN RUSSIAN, BULGARIAN, FRENCH, ITALIAN, ENGLISH, DUTCH, GERMAN - THE ADDRESS REMAINS THE SAME !!!


In my situation it is ya obvious that they not wanna give me MY MONEY back, that every normal human sees.


I have deposit proofs, all the data in my account are correct, all my invoices are official documents, my ID is correct, I even have sent a SELFIE where I hold my ID! In every other casino I needed alone the half of the documents. And in every other casino an address proof how I have sent it was always approved!


I CANT DELIVER AN ENGLISH ADDRESS PROOF WHEN I LIFE IN THE NETHERLANDS!

And in no casino that is so. As example if a JAPANESE guy go to play on a German casino you really think they ask him for a GERMAN address proof this guy never will have a German document!


Its obvious that every single document from me is legal, and its obvious that not one document is a fake, and that on almost 10 documents stands my correct address - BUT IN FACT I EVEN DEPOSITED WITH BTC - where a verification is NO NEED - www.betplay.io, www.fortunejack.com, www.betbeard.com - not one of those BTC casino ever wanted any document!


But I always will send all what is a need to get my money! BUT THIS LINE ADDRESS PROOF IN ENGLISH - is just FACT they not wanna pay my money back! I will send you all my proof directly on your email, and you will see and know that here is nothing wrong on all!


I not understand how human can do this, it is 1 salary from me and I need to pay my bills! I have a daughter and a high pregnant girlfriend!

Hello it is ya more then OBVIOUS that they JUST HOLD MONEY WHICH NOT BELONG TO THEM! I have sent you 3 separate emails on your email address with around 30 screenshots!


What someone can do wrong, by opening an account with the right data, make 2 clear, right, official deposits of 500 Eur with BTC .. play, lose and win the money back, and when he want to withdrawal just get over 30 emails ignored! After all should be verified, after that they received the whole documentation 25 times.


IT IS OBVIOUS FOR SOME REASON THEY USE HUMANS - THIS IS A CRIME WHAT THEY ARE DOING !!!

There is no way to force the casino to reply to the complaints or to pay you the winnings. Yes I didnt checked the review - as in 10 years this never was happened!


And yes I do have to pay bills, but this not says there is a gambling problem!


The problem is the site who robbs money around the world to everyone who open an account on their site!

And they can keep on and on and on to work this way!


How many thousands of EURO they already robbed with this same method as they did by me and 1000s of other members? ? ?


And the point is not my BILLS - the point is to get my money which I won in a legal way on that site!

In all the years no casino just robbed money, this is a pure SCAM AND FAKE! You could have win 1 Mio Eur and you not get it!


And your right you cant force this site to answer, they also NOT will answer you, as they play cat and mouse with everyone - but this site has to be shoot down doesnt matter if they answer or not, it has to give a legal way that this owners has to pay for all the dammage they did to everyone which registered on their site.


And I have to write a reason why I need my money or not? Should I just say no matter GAMING IS FUN so hold this money - as I not need it? Sure yes how everyone in the piss casino industry says = play only what you can afford to lose, and that I did, but when I win, then I want also that what suppost to be MINE! As all was legal, and their is also normally no point of discuss, fact is, the site is a SCAM - FAKE - CORRUPT BAND OF CRIME which works online and robb money from people who risk their money, it was robbed on the moment I deposited and not only now after I won!

Hello did you REACHED anything in behaf of this? I almost wrote a book and so far I not really have read one answer that would have helped me further, except that you judge about me and say I issue a gaming problem!


As this is not so - Im just tired - from this CASINO industry which only has one thing in mind and that is collecting and robb money with or without licence - all a corrupt bullshit!

The title you also can change to: CORRUPT CASINO NEVER RETURN ANY CENT TO ANYONE !!! Verificiation done or not - BETFLIP NEVER WILL RETURN ANY CENT TO SOMEONE !!! Besides, BTC casinos do not need a verification...
