The player from Illinois won 59000 Dogecoin but is experiencing issues withdrawing this large amount. Though the casino’s website says that players can cash out 100,000 coins, they are now saying the limit is 20,000 per month. The casino is also accusing the player of having duplicate accounts, which the player asserts were created for affiliate purposes. Although it seems as though this issue has been resolved, the complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

On Wednesday June 28, I hit a rather large payout of 59000 Dogecoin after playing a bit more, I ended up cashing out 55000 dogecoin.


They have been giving me the runaround on my cash out since Wednesday they told me on Wednesday night they would expedite it so it could be ready Thursday morning and then I was told Friday and then I was told Monday and it’s now Monday and it’s almost noon there where they’re at and now they have changed their mind and changed their policy even though it’s stated right on their website that you can cash out 100,000 coin, there now telling me you can cash out 20,000 per month.


They also are pointing out I have duplicate accounts which I was told to make by the affiliate manager when I became an affiliate for this casino so they want me to request closure of the other account which I did already and when they feel like looking at that then I can request my new cash out of only $20,000 coin so I don’t know what else to do with these people but they are giving me the runaround because I hit some thing bigger than normal.


I need help please I have a transcript of the chat but I chatted in at least 25 times and no one told me of any limit and they all looked at my balance and they all lied about when it was going to be cashed out. I don’t know what to do I need help.

No, they just said that one of the accounts had to be closed and to email them for that to be done. I did so immediately several hours ago and haven’t heard anything. I will send you everything I have along with some additional explanation.


I just sent you a ton of documentation so sorry about that but hopefully it will help.

They paid out 20,000 so I guess I have to wait another month for the rest of mine which sucks because I was going to use it for a down payment on a car

It's Michal again, I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed this case and it looks like the casino has changed their maximum withdrawal limits. This of course can happen, but as we don't have the capacity to check 4500+ casinos every week we are not able to update the current withdrawal limits as frequently as we would like. Anyway, I will contact the casino to shed more light on this matter.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

While I agree with you that the payment limitations might be far higher, we, unfortunately, have very little control over the casino in this regard. The main thing is that you are being paid. In the event that you encounter any issues with receiving your full winnings, we will step in to assist you. However, for now, it seems you'll need to exercise patience and adhere to the maximum payout limits.
