The player had provided evidence of the transaction to the casino but had received no resolution. The player had contacted his bank, which had confirmed the transaction was successful. It had been the player's first deposit with this casino. The issue was eventually resolved when the casino had credited the funds to the player's account.

I deposited £100 using faster payment bank transfer according to bc.game instruction, however it was never credited to my account. On the 17.05 at 15:56, and it should be credited instantly.


I have provided them with screenshot from my bank with the transaction and I've been promised again and again they would investigate it, but to no avail, as a first depositer this is very worrying.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted your bank already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

Hello ,


I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed the transaction went through. In addition to the screenshot I can provide another one from their chat, including a reference number for the transaction.


This was paid with bank transfer as requested by bc.game.


As they are using this 3rd party provider I believe it's them for verify it. My bank would just say it has gone through.


This is my first time depositing with this casino.
