Hello dear Sir/madam,


I m register on baterybet.in on 27 may.


Dear respected Team

I deposit 5000rs and 4200rs in my account Some days ago.

I tried 2 gateway one is UPI QR and 2nd is UPI PUSH.


UPI qr is from wilawallet gateway transaction amount 4200₹

UPI push is from winwinpayment.com

Gateway transaction amt 5000

Both transaction is successfully from my side but on gateway it's not confirmed and not added in my account.

Pls help I m already attached successfully deposit screenshot receipt in this chat kindly chk and help me to approve my deposit pls help me

Also I m attached my gateway screenshot which I paid my payment pls help

On Batery casino I have already exclated my request to admin on 1st june and 3rd June from my account


1st june administration request is already closed without any reply


3rd june administration request is already in process


From 1st june I haven't got any reply from batery

When I go to customer support for help they said kindly raised request and wait for their reply but till I have not got a single valid reply.

Kindly help me pls

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
