Finally was able to withdraw, waited 7 days with no response. Tried to log in today and casino is unavailable to me. Not sure if it’s down permanently or just for my IP address. This casino stole so much from me.

Thank you for such a quick response. I opened my account about two weeks ago. My account was verified with the appropriate documents. 3 days ago not only could I not access my account but I could not access the casino website. I was able to contact support who is "working on the issue". My withdrawals were supposed to be sent out today—but as of now it still has not been completed. I will wait another day and if nothing is fixed I will reach out to support again.
