Its now the third time that my withdrawal takes so long, promises they make they are not keeping, holding on a lease with telling you tomorrow tomorrow. I am Gold member and my withdrawal should be processed in 24h

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
