Previously I had no issues with my withdrawals. I have VIP status and am fully verified. I assumed because of my VIP status all my payments were coming through within 48hrs which was very good.


8 days ago I submitted 2 new separate withdrawal request. A $1,500 crypto withdrawals request and a $6000 bank withdrawal request.


Support has said that the bank one has been approved and to wait for my bank to process, however in the past once approved on their system it hits my bank account within minutes.


They said the $1,500 is on a first come basis but it's been 8 days. These have been processed within a day previously and hit my wallet instantly once approved.


I have contacted my VIP account manager (Ron) several times over the last week via whatsapp and phone calls via whatsapp no reply or return phone at all.


After several initial successful withdrawals, I started referring friends to the site but now it's the total opposite. Payments are the most important thing for players and the best way to get new players is to focus on this element of your service.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thank you for your message.


As per my original message, I have been verified and have had previous withdrawals successfully paid. Just unusual that it has taken more than a week when pregious payments have been instant or within 48hrs of being approved.


They advised me that the bank withdalrawal has been approved but that's been almost a week now and payment still has not hit my bank account.


Furthermore, I've told support that their website has issues with the "Wallet" pages where you check the status of a withdrawal or deposit. It just literally stalls and you cannot view anything. Not sure if that is specific to my account or for everyone.
