The player from Netherlands claims a total win of €5,000 but only received €500 due to a payout limit. The remaining €4,500 was removed from the player's balance allegedly due to rule violation claims. It seems to be a common practice of Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue therefore the complain remains unresolved.

I was scammed by this casino. I won a total of €5,000, of which only the first €500 was paid out. There is a limit of €500 per payout active on the site, there was no way I could increase it. Then I logged into the site a few days later and saw that €4,500 had disappeared from my balance. It was claimed that I had broken the rules, but that is nonsense. This site is a big scam that you should stay far away from. I have sought legal help, but let this be a lesson. They are scammers!

  • Could you please specify whether you used a casino bonus to achieve your winnings of 5000€?
  • Could you please specify how much you deposited and what your bets in the casino were like?

Thanks for the quick response!

No I didn’t use any bonus.

They have blocked my account as we speak, so I’m not sure about the deposits but it is around €300 of deposits. I made a couple of screenshots when I was able to log in, so here you go.

I played 7bet by Tvbet with a stake of around €70 each spin. See the attached file.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
