Ago I received a email from this casino. Alfred. You know, I'll free me $50 and free chips. I readit determs for how to win and actually be. Able to withdraw my winnings. I did everything that the terms and condition in Order. In order for me to win. And it was not easy to win. Now I play by the rule And I'm make sure that I read The Terms & Conditions and there are nowhere he says that. I cannot accept free chips. You have already accept it. Song chips 5 months ago. I didn't remember signing up with you. I was just going through my emails. Reading them and so happened to see it. And I was like who I'm at. I did not go looking for free chips. The casino emailed me the 50.00 in free chips I finally win do everything right in order to win i verify all my information. Just to be rob, schemed me out of my winnings. How does my free $50 chips Don't qualify me for my winnings. When The casino sent me the the chips and redeem them. I was don't will come back and play again. I was like yellow really legit. But you fooled me. I will never play again at this casino. You're all wrong for what you did to me. And i'm late everyone know.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do I understand it correctly that the casino refused to pay out the winnings from the bonus because you have previously claimed the bonus or they did not even credit the bonus for the second time?
