This casino is SCAM! DO NOT EVER PLAY HERE. Withdrawal is taking forever and customers service is very poor they reply on the live chat but is helpless. I WITHDRAWAL 1000 AND THEY TAKING FEE 106$ OUT OF IT WHICH IS FK UP. They only taking money from customer but never pay their winning money back. Even if they do pay but good luck with it.



Do not play here !!! Simple as that !

They paid me already it been 3 weeks! Lucky i won again this weeks hope it go through again then it will be a fair casino lol. Waiting time is killing

Yes they paid me Socceful after 3 weeks waiting I thought they scam by reading all the bad feedback.


Now i made my second withdrawal hope it go thought again. Then I'll delete my case here.


About withdrawal fee is costing too much compare to other casino.

This is how they charge me $106 manager withdrawal requests !


I am not so sure what it is why it cost so much over $1000 withdrawal.


NOTE: They did paid me 2 weeks after the approval of my $1000. Approved on 02.05


Money came in on 17.05.


I considered this case is closed.


ANYWAY luck on my side on the 18.05 I decided to deposit and I won. So I hope this time my withdrawal will come in smoothly in 3 weeks waiting.

With this group of the casino 'Manager withdrawal' refers to the voiding of the balance, possible reasons might be casino is adhering to bonus terms and conditions, or there was a breach of the rules the casino penalized by voiding part of your winnings. We don't have experience in this status referring to additional withdrawal fees.
