Hello team,

We deposit 30 k in my 9winz account,casino provided 90 k as bonus money wagering requirements of 25×90000 =225000.

When we play in live blackjack we won 13 lakhs 60 thousand won using bonus money.after we completed the wagering requirements of 2250000.at that time have the bonus money 1060000 in my bonus account.we successfully completed the wagered request also.but casino not released the overall bonus money.they provided only 90 k .while check with casino bonus deposit terms and conditions.

In casino point number shows that"Any money won using bonus money will be added to the player’s main balance. Thank you for your reply and email, Balanban. I am sorry, but this bonus truly has a maximum cashout limit, which seems the casino has already transferred to your main balance according to its T&Cs (https://www.9winz.com/articles/casino/300-first-deposit-bonus):

"14.     The maximum winnings are equal to the sum of one of three «Welcome Bonus» percentages. For example: You have activated the Welcome Gold bonus and made a deposit of 50,000 INR. The bonus account automatically receives an amount of 150,000 bonus funds, which is equal to 300% of the deposit. Scrolling this amount 25 times on the basis of a wager X25, a win of 150,000 INR is added to the main balance"

The maximum cashout is very common and casinos are free to set them as long as they share all the relevant information on the website.
