Good night, i wanted expose a problem i had with this casino and iam looking for help.


So all started on 18 june 2024 when i tried to deposite 90e. But some problem happened with my bank and the deposit would leave from my nettler account after 2/3 days to this casino, wich the same deposit was refused by them. Today is 24 june, and still i did not get refund and the only answers i got from them is that " we are sorry for the delay and our specialists are trying to fix"


Iam open to any help or doubt you might have.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted the payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

No its not my first deposit, and to be honest never had any problems with them until now, and i tried contact netteler they told me the payment was sent to the casino. And of course iam in contact with 888starz, and the response i have its that they have the experts working on the case and nothing more, been like this for a month already

Thank you for your reply, Teixeirah96. The transaction ID from the deposit receipt doesn't match the transaction ID stated in the email from Neteller. Could you please clarify?

What do you mean exactly? I have sent you another e-mail, all i have been doing is complain to netteler about the payment, and all they told me is everything i sent you, basically, i tried to put 90 euros on 888starz but i got some problem with my bank due to some update they did at that hour, and the money was not sent at first to netteler, it took like 3/4 days for netteler to fix the problem, and they sent it to 88starz, i have every registry and proof, then 888starz refused the money and until now its " missing" and i dont know what is going on or what to do, 888starz still saying the same answers that we are working on it
