The casino was offering a welcome bonus if you join their channel on telegram. file

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out the Bitcoin and the deposits. I made a deposit of just over $22 but I couldn't buy my bonus. I proceeded to chat with a customer service representative who told me that the deposit amount wasn't enough. I told her that that is the amount that was on their posting on telegram and they chose to do nothing about it. They would not give me that bonus even though that is what their channel says and they would not provide any bonus in place of that bonus.

I asked multiple times if I could speak with the supervisor and there was not one available. And then I find out that I can't just withdraw my money and act like it never happened I have to play the money so many times before I can get it back out.
