The player from the United Kingdom had met all wagering requirements and submitted identification but faced issues withdrawing legitimate winnings. The casino kept returning the requested funds to the casino account instead of transferring them to the player's bank account. I deposited fairly...I played all the required wagering that they asked...I declared all my identification which put my finances at risk because I thought I was dealing with a legitimate and honest casino..

But when I tried to withdraw funds that I legitimately won ...I was ignored and any requested funds were returned to my casino account and not sent to my bank like requested

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes my account was fully verified by uploading all requested documents...the initial deposit I made was real money which gave a bonus and I met all wagering requirements before withdrawal request...they would always say it would be transferred to my bank within 72 hours..but it was always returned to my casino account as rejected...this happened on 15 separate occasions...until eventually I was unable to log into my account
