Actually I wiinig my real mony ,,am opend 24 betting account I'd OTP verification on 17/05/2023 2.39pm on this day than i am placed betting 30000 than i win 60000 after that I make withdraw 50000 ,after that transaction showing pending after one day my account login showing account was permanently closed totaly 60000 mony strucked.after that I sent lot of email.but they telling your request taken .my account is verified by mobile number OTP,please resolve this problem

we have closed this players account because we believe he is a chargeback scammer
we are not disclosing our reasons why, because this will be used against us in future scams
if the player is not satisfied he can make a chargeback since we are withholding the account money and he will get back what he deposited.
we are not discussing this matter further.

If you have requested a chargeback before, this is something that the vast majority of casinos consider NOT fair and it is nothing unusual that such players are banned completely from the casino without any financial obligation. I can only advise you to request a chargeback as the very last option in any online casino. As 24betting Casino mentioned you can do it now, so they can return you your last deposit, but we can't disagree with the casino's decision to completely close your account. Can you send me (michal.k@casino.guru) a statement from the payment method you used for depositing to the casino that there was NO chargeback requested by you?
