Hello! How are you? Hope you are fine.


First of all, KYC done and approved before even deposit.


Well, everything looked good at first, but when I made the withdrawal request, they ask me a video verification. It is not the first time that I was asked something like that so it was not a problem. I sent the video the same day they asked for it.


Days passed and nothing. I sent the first email, they answered me quickly that it was -still- under review and that I should wait the results.


Days passed again and nothing. I sent three or four more emails and they just stopped answering them. One detail: online chat it is not available for me on the website.


And now I am here, still waiting for a resolution and the money of course, and nothing.


I have attached the only email they answered me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

After warning them that I would post on every forum in order to take their reputation down, they -suddenly- approved the verification video and let the withdrawal go through. So, I have my money, but I do not recommend this casino. Thanks for everything.
