The player from India is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds. A short period after submitting the complaint, the player requested their withdrawal again and received their money forthwith.

Before my 1st deposit, I submitted all the required documents and all documents are approved. After that I made 1000 INR and then 2000 INR and lost all. Then my 3rd deposit of 2000 INR was made and I won 4000 INR from that. After that when I withdraw that 4000, they started asking for deposit receipts. I submitted Astropay receipts with all details in that and they also approved it. But after that also they declined my withdraw. Customer care person says there is no issue with the documents and withdraw will be approved.. but again and again they decline my withdraw. I have 4000 INR in 20bet casino Account now.. They also blocked all casino games for me. No proper response.. they are cheaters, they only allow to deposit and no withdraw.
