Could you provide more details, so I can understand better what the issue might be? Were those free spins a part of some deposit bonus? I used the "no deposit" bonus with 150 free games.

In these 150 free games I won 69 Euro.

After the free games I wasn't able to play with these 69 Euro (like with other no deposit bonuses).

When I end my free games with the no deposit bonus, I will have to make a deposit with real money.

Then I need to wager with 1380 Euro (69 Euro * 20 roll over) with your real money deposit - not with the money I won in the free games.

Only after this I am able to play with the 69 Euro I won in the no deposit free games.

So, it's not really a no deposit bonus, because you can't win anything without doing a payment with real money.

I checked the No deposit bonus T&Cs (https://1xslot.com/information/rules/ section 8.9 NO DEPOSIT BONUSES) and I found this:

"2. The wagering requirement for no deposit or welcome bonuses is х35. The bonus amount must be wagered 35 times unless otherwise stated in the additional terms and conditions (AG Coins bonus must be wagered once). Please note that you must make a minimum deposit of €15 to withdraw winnings earned using welcome and free bonuses, as well as extra and free spins, for which you were NOT required to make a deposit. Moreover, it is prohibited to withdraw winnings earned using any free bonus until the wagering requirements have been met."

Please understand, that each bonus comes with some conditions that must be followed and the casino doesn't hide this fact. I understand your point of view, but many No deposit bonuses require additional deposit. Unfortunately, at this time there is nothing we can do. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Each bonus comes with conditions, and making a deposit after receiving a No deposit bonus is completely normal.
