Hi I've been trying to withdraw from 1xbet for a few weeks now. I've been requested to provide verification items such as photo id, passport, utility bill, even a picture of me holding my license in front of my computer showing the email chain.


I have provided all of these, and still they have not been willing to let me withdraw. They have asked for a "color copy of my national ID", so for the third time I sent both my license and passport. Apparently this did not satisfy them. I am very confused as to what they are looking for so I asked them and their response was "without providing the requested files, any further actions are impossible. all further messages from you will be ignored."


ignored? I'm simply asking them what they need me to send at this point after sending every document I can think of. It feels like they are stealing from me. I'm not sure what a "national ID" is if its not a passport or drivers license. Please help me!

Hi Nick,


-Verification started on 9/29

-I have submitted: photo copy of my drivers license, photo copy of my passport, a utility bill with my name and address, and sent a picture of me holding my ID in front of my computer showing the email from 1xbet as asked for. They are asking for a national ID which I'm not sure what that means so I resubmitted license and passport, then they notified that they were ignoring me. They have not given direct approval/disapproval so to my knowledge everything is approved.

-The last correspondence was on October 19th, when they said "all further messages from you will be ignored" in response to me asking for clarification on what they meant when they asked for national ID. I have reached out 3 times since, without a reply from them.
