The player from Germany requested three withdrawals less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. None of them have been processed. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have requested three withdrawals of €1,000 each and none have been processed yet. The payment requests are from 15.11. / 16.11. and 17.11
I have had contact with the live chat several times, but it was always only said that you will get in touch.
I also have a contact in the Vip Service but they don't help me there either.
I have another €18,000 in my account that I can't pay out because I keep getting an error message "Limit reached".

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
