A while ago I participated in playing slots at this casino because the reviews are positive. Unfortunately, on that occasion I had a technical error that was certainly attributable to the casino. I'll summarize it: I deposited a significant amount of money to play and I was able to play without problems. When I ran out of money and made a second recharge, an error came out. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would solve it shortly, three or four days passed and they did not send any email. I found the lack of consideration for a client so unpleasant that I decided to withdraw my money and opt out for a few months. Today I came back in to give them a second chance and unfortunately the same thing happened again. Unfortunately, they have also told me the same apology again and consequently I have decided to close my account or permanently exclude myself before withdrawing my money. I can't understand how they have such good grades or it must be that maybe I've had bad luck with them. Most of the online casinos where I play do not cause any problems and work either well or very well. My experience with Vídeoslots has been terrible. Of course, I have screenshots of everything I just mentioned here that demonstrate the veracity of my experience.

Been waiting a month for verification. All documents have been approved but still can't play. They want new documents all the time even though they approve. There was a problem that I could not withdraw even if I made a deposit at the casino here.
This could not be withdrawn due to a problem with the casino system.
I can deposit with Vega wallet, but withdrawal is a trouble that I can not withdraw because it does not work even though there is an item of Vega wallet.

I tried to enter today videoslots.com and out of nowhere I received the following message:
"Unfortunately we do not accept players from your country."
I haven't received any previous notification about this and I am shocked now that from one minute to the other I am banned from the site. I haven't received any notification about any changes in the terms and conditions.

I immediately made a complaint, and I received the following answer:

I find it extremly unfair that the casino closed my account without any prior notice. I find myself fortunate that I withdrew my money the day before, so I only lost a few euros. In Hungary, online gambling is legal so there is no reason for this prompt action to take place at a random time on a random date. I find it outrageous that they block me without the chance to withdraw any possible funds and on inquiry they inform me that I will get an explanation within the coming days.
I think this conduct is unfair and shows a disrespectful attitude towards players.

the review rating for videoslots is far to high, i have played here for a few years and everything was great up until they made changes to there T&C's. As for getting an issue resolved chat is limited and can take weeks because there is no supervisor available to override and has to be transferred to another department. in june i was blocked from logging in after a decent win i decided to self exclude to take a bit of a break, and thinking that they would have to forward me my funds to my bank as per their terms, its going on 8 months self exclusion is over and still refusing access always with ending with the same response "you will get an email ,from support when they have an update " more like never.

This casino does not allow me to withdraw my money. I have tried several times with my card and bank account. which the casino instantly approved but I didn't receive in my account, and then they were denied. 16 days later I still can't withdraw, everything verified perfectly from day 1. Although for a while I played in this casino and had no problems, in May I made some deposits that were not credited and it took 12 days to see them in my player account, after that I played again without problems, but in September I made a withdrawal, which the system forced to divide between the different means of payment used, in total the system generated 3 withdrawals worth €1873 that the casino approved instantly but I did not receive in my account, yet
Today, 27 days later, I still have not received the money, although I understand that I will end up receiving it because it is a casino with a Spanish license. I recently registered here and paid in 3-4 times.
The overview was cool, the selection of slots was good and a payment was already in my bank account 45 minutes after the request.

The only negative thing I found was that you couldn't do quick spins with Pragmatic, for example, but the timer always runs down 5 seconds after each spin.

My English is bad , I hope I can explain clear. I try withdraw small amout money in 26th June.It was not allowed.Then I chat with the customer service, because of they sent me an email regarding source of wealth verify. So I sent them quickly all the documents they need. After around one week I get an email about all things are veritified.Then I make 4 withdraw.(At beginning they are not allowed me withdraw,then I keep playing win around 27000DKK.But I know if I keep playing,I will loose all the money. I have made income on several occasions and they have not added it to my balance. I have complained and they tell me that it has been a problem with their payment provider that they would solve it in a few days. A month passed and nothing was fixed. I have requested a withdrawal and I have received an email with the confirmation and acceptance of the withdrawal and the money has not appeared in my account. I have claimed and they ask me for a statement of my account where it can be seen that they have not entered it... I have told them to prove with a receipt that they have paid it and they have refused. I have given up since I have given up complaining, let them keep the money.
