I have played Videoslots for over 1 year and up until recently enjoyed this casino. I have always deposited by debt visa card and withdrawal by bank transfer and has always worked well, today after depositing by debt visa i only have the option of withdrawal by visa (no bank transfer) I tried many times to talk to online chat customer service and also requested phone call but couldn't contact anyone for help, I tried to withdrawal back onto my visa debt but my withdrawal got denied , i knew why as new zealand banks (certainly ANZ) do not allow this from online casino sites. Videoslots were absolutely no help at all, i gambled my denied withdrawal and then closed my account with Videoslots. A while ago I participated in playing slots at this casino because the reviews are positive. Unfortunately, on that occasion I had a technical error that was certainly attributable to the casino. I'll summarize it: I deposited a significant amount of money to play and I was able to play without problems. When I ran out of money and made a second recharge, an error came out. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would solve it shortly, three or four days passed and they did not send any email. I found the lack of consideration for a client so unpleasant that I decided to withdraw my money and opt out for a few months. Today I came back in to give them a second chance and unfortunately the same thing happened again. Unfortunately, they have also told me the same apology again and consequently I have decided to close my account or permanently exclude myself before withdrawing my money. I can't understand how they have such good grades or it must be that maybe I've had bad luck with them. There was a problem that I could not withdraw even if I made a deposit at the casino here. This could not be withdrawn due to a problem with the casino system. I find it extremly unfair that the casino closed my account without any prior notice. I find myself fortunate that I withdrew my money the day before, so I only lost a few euros. I recently registered here and paid in 3-4 times. The overview was cool, the selection of slots was good and a payment was already in my bank account 45 minutes after the request.
The only negative thing I found was that you couldn't do quick spins with Pragmatic, for example, but the timer always runs down 5 seconds after each spin. Nevertheless, I was very positively surprised by the casino, although I had read the good reviews beforehand.

My English is bad , I hope I can explain clear. I try withdraw small amout money in 26th June.It was not allowed.Then I chat with the customer service, because of they sent me an email regarding source of wealth verify. So I sent them quickly all the documents they need. After around one week I get an email about all things are veritified.Then I make 4 withdraw.(At beginning they are not allowed me withdraw,then I keep playing win around 27000DKK.But I know if I keep playing,I will loose all the money. I ask them to blocked play. ) After few hours I ask them that my withdraw still pending.They told me that they have technical problem. After two days keeping ask them the same question. I have made income on several occasions and they have not added it to my balance. I have complained and they tell me that it has been a problem with their payment provider that they would solve it in a few days. A month passed and nothing was fixed. I have requested a withdrawal and I have received an email with the confirmation and acceptance of the withdrawal and the money has not appeared in my account. I have claimed and they ask me for a statement of my account where it can be seen that they have not entered it... I have told them to prove with a receipt that they have paid it and they have refused. I have given up since I have given up complaining, let them keep the money. Bad customer service, bad payment service, bad income service... I don't recommend it to anyone

He reclamado y me piden un extracto de mi cuenta donde se vea que no lo han ingresado... Les he dicho que demuestren ellos con un justificante que lo han pagado y se han negado. Me he dado de bajo ya que he desistido de quejarme, que se queden con el dinero. Mal servicio de atención al cliente, mal servicio de pagos, mal servicios de ingresos.... No se lo recomiendo a nadie
