The player from Germany requested a withdrawal almost 2 weeks ago prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I requested my withdrawal from Zet Casino on 07/03/2022. I have the problem that my withdrawal request has not been processed after 10 days. I have contacted the live chat several times with only unsatisfactory responses and inaccurate time information on the duration. According to Zet Casino's terms and conditions, withdrawal processing takes 3 days.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
