I have requested to separate withdrawals in USDT, one for 25 USDT and another one for 575 USDT.


The status of the withdrawals still shows: "Processing"

I have contacted the Ybets Support Chat multiple times. Everytime i contact them they kindly tell me that there they have no information regarding the process, nor do they have a timeframe for when the action is expected to be completed.


Their sites advertises fast withdrawals and this seems to violate this policy with no legitimate reason.


Please assist on this.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your reply. Please bear in mind that the casino has not contacted me regarding any KYC verification, so this is not an issue, as they have not requested anything KYC related from me.

Update:


On 15/6 i saw that my transactions were cancelled.


I contacted the Support chat and asked them the reason for this.

They told me that: "verification was requested and the corresponding notification was sent to you via email,". I hadn't received anything so i asked them to tell me which documents they want from me for KYC purposes.


I therefore sent all the idenfication documents that were requested from me for KYC purposes to their relevant email.


As of now i am still waiting and cannot perform a withdrawal.
