Having issues with accountant verification it says it could take up to five business days well it's been longer than five business days I've submitted all required documentation it shouldn't take that long to match my face with my ID and my address I feel like they're slow rolling me just so I might gamble the rest of my money away and that's not going to happen and every time I contact support to see what the issue is why it's taking so long they just keep giving me the runaround

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?

I'm very familiar with KYC and I know it's important but come on, they shouldn't say it can take up to 5 business days for the verification process if they can't stick to I mean come on all they ask for is a picture of your id and a selfie with you holding your id it shouldn't take longer than 5 days to verify that, and yes I have tried contacting them pretty much on a daily basis and keep getting the same generic responses
