Was playing new game with buy a bonus feature and it's called sweet16 blast you can buy the feature and it cost 100 times your bet

I never bought the feature over the $10 max bet as per rules with bonus on the deposit.

I lost playing like this all my balance over 4 times and when I won they told me I couldn't because of the max bet amount allowed but in other casinos like brango.com its fine since my bet is at $1 and the feature cost me $100 and it's not 100 dollar bet its a 1 dollar bet

I tried to explain and the just returned my deposit with is totally not ok
