This is one of the dozens of Igloo-branded casinos that uses the same software as the others and therefore suffers from the same problems. Unfortunately, it's also one of their casinos where they seem unwilling to answer emails or allow anything other than AI responses in the chat when the software malfunctions.
As in many of their other casinos, I received a 500 spins deposit offer for a minimum deposit of €20 and activated the bonus code, which the website successfully confirmed. It also stated in my profile under bonuses that this bonus would be credited with my next deposit, and I was then unable to select or change any bonus during the payment process. After the deposit, the bonus was not activated, and it still says it will be credited with my next deposit.
My email requesting a credit was never answered. It's also worth noting that the email mentions 5 x 100 spins (100 per day), while the bonus overview refers to 2 x 250. This is actually irrelevant, but it clearly demonstrates a lack of thoroughness in their procedures.
This operator does have some good casinos, but you should avoid this one. If even simple, industry-standard problems like a bonus not being automatically credited aren't resolved or addressed, I don't want to know what will happen with issues regarding withdrawals, etc.

Email mit der Bitte um Gutschrift wurde nie beantwortet. Passend dazu ist auch, das im E-Mail von 5x 100 Spins (100 pro Tag) die Rede ist, während bei der Bonusübersicht von 2x250 gesprochen wird. Eigentlich unwichtig aber es zeigt ganz gut dass dort offenbar nicht besonders viel Gründlichkeit herrscht.
Es gibt bei diesem Betreiber durchaus gute Casinos, dieses hier sollten Sie aber meiden. Wenn schon solche einfachen branchentypische Probleme wie ein nicht automatisch gutgeschriebener Bonus nicht gelöst oder beantwortet werden, möchte ich nicht wissen was bei Problemen mit Auszahlungen etc passiert.
