Hi my name is Scott B and I gave submitted my verification documents over twelve days ago and have heard nothing from yabby's banking department. The live chat says they can't talk to banking department and have asked me to resend the documents numerous times and promised my account would be able to withdraw is 48 hours that was again over 5 days ago. Can someone please help as I have sent email after email to every department they have and no response I'm extremely frustrated. Thanks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

I informed them twice about the issue and assured me my account would be fully verified in 48 hrs and that was a week ago. When a casino promised u a processing time of three to 5 days and don't respond to ur emails two weeks later it is unprofessional. Then a chat member looked at my documents and promised my account would be verified in 48

The site advertises instant withdraws and makes u jump through hoops just to verify your account. It takes 5 minutes to look at a picture not 2 weeks.

And today I made a 10 dollar bitcoin deposit which they will not add to my balance until my current balance, the 50 dollars I'd like to withdraw, hits 0. They took my money instantly but won't credit my account. This is crazy I want my deposit back I'm not waiting another 2 weeks to be credited an instant deposit
