I am still waiting for verification and I sent them everything they need on 9/16/22 on 9/19/22 they said the back of my license wasn’t clear enough so I sent them 10 more photos of the back of my ID on the 19th in there system it says all my documents have been approved but I still get the red screen stating I can’t cash out so I can’t even request a withdrawal now I understand that casinos may have a legitimate reason for stalling just as you mentioned for a gentleman out of California and they are hoping we blow it but I was promised every day this week via text phone call or email that it would be done the next day or the earliest and shortest of time I deposited by Bitcoin and I’m at my max cash out for the promotion so they keep sending me my cash back or no deposit free spins and all these great promos but I can’t do anything with them until I can do a withdrawal I would gladly deposit more bitcoin or would have every day this past week and be playing and when ever they could pay me is fine I also deposited $75 of bitcoin after the amount I’ve shown in my account because Chloe and Lilly said it would stay separate and the newly deposited bitcoin won’t interfere with the money on my account well guess what is went straight on type of the amount that I already had on my account so now it’s been a week that I can’t play or get my free play cash back or new promos I have all screenshots emails and phone calls documented and the toll free number goes through a couple of local exchange companies to a number in Malaysia fyi and it’s a tiny set-up and I’m working with a friend who is my local congressman to get the toll free number shut down if they are going to defraud people and I retired from the company myself and I understand there entire set-up how you have them at an 8.2 rating is beyond me and that’s why I chose them basically and I planned on making them my only casino because I love the games they offer and I play every single day for hours so they obviously have to be a fraudulent company because why would they make it to where I can’t even play anymore until I withdrawal I even asked in increase my withdrawal limit and I’ll continue playing so in the meantime since I stopped playing with them I spent 3k at other casinos and don’t like the games and that money would have gone to them I have screenshots of texts copies of all emails and 100% documentation I’m asking for them to allow me to cash out / withdrawal and I’ll be on my way this isn’t my first rodeo and in there website it says if you deposited with bitcoin and you withdraw with bitcoin it’s 24 to 48hrs well it seems they decided hey if we don’t get verification we can’t cash out , thank you for your assistance

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick they just verified me 20 minutes ago so I did my withdrawal and now we will see how long it takes for my bitcoin i guess every time you email or return one you get pushed out two days so they advised me not to keep sending more emails so the verification would go as planned now on their website it says bitcoin withdrawals are only 24-48 hours so all good for now I’m hoping Tuesday or Wednesday because weekends don’t count 🤣🤣thanks for you help I’ll let you know next week how it goes and we can close this ✌️🤞👍👏🙏🏻

Hey Nick I finally got verified and cashed out my $1763.00 however I asked for bitcoin because it’s 24-48 hrs instead of a week for other withdrawals so I received $488 on Tuesday and the rest or $953 was put in my balance then I had to withdrawal $953 and then yesterday Thursday I received $388 so yesterday I had to withdrawal $628 and now I’m waiting for the $628 , then they emailed me this


Please kindly note that amount of cashout may be split into smaller parts depending on the Player Class and corresponding cashout limit and paid via the chosen cashout method. So now I wait until Monday at least this isn’t my idea of fun especially when I usually lose a fortune in a half hour and they get my bitcoin right away but with my money sitting in my balance with max cash out reached I haven’t or won’t be able to play for two weeks from beginning to end and they are losing all that time which I had to play elsewhere and wound up losing 5k which would have gone to them if I was verified quicker and paid quicker and I had all the correct documentation the day after they asked for clearer pictures and I don’t think I’m going to go through this again what a waste of time ( pending)

So the $628 maybe split up again as well and nothing happens on weekends I don’t understand the most important thing a casino can do is pay there players especially loyal ones that lose a lot of $$$ and then we have to wait and play games for it that doesn’t work for me it’s all a stall tactic just like the ID picture is blurry i don’t understand how they have an 8.2 rating but I just wanna be paid and go they don’t say that your winnings will be broken down on the website it’s all 24-48hrs with b

Yes I did four times and was paid the fourth time yesterday so it took two weeks not the 24-48hrs they claim on there website when withdrawing with bitcoin the other issue I had was every time they paid me someone was taking bitcoin fees each time it’s not the fact that bitcoin was going up or down in value it was fees so for the four deposits or withdrawals I had to do I paid at least $35 in fees which I’m not even go to bother with I am no longer going to use them it was such a hassle and a cat and mouse game
