I have a withdrawal of $6,800, and I've requested the maximum withdrawal of $2,000 twice in the last 2 weeks, but I've only been given 2 payments of $200 each.

Yes, I contacted the casino via telephone, and they explained that they may break down winnings into smaller amounts. Yes, the balance does get returned to my balance each time. Thank you Tomas.

Did the casino promise you a more favorable volume for your withdrawals that is closer to the $2,000 weekly withdrawal limit? Did the casino explain what is the basis of the low withdrawal volumes you experienced?

The answer to your first question is no. They did not offer a more favorable withdrawal amount. They basically said they could pay me whatever they wanted. They didn't say that, but that's what I got from the answer when I asked why they were only paying me $200 a week when I was requesting the maximum withdrawal amount of $2,000.
And the answer to your 2nd question is No
BTW: I received a 3rd payment on the 31st of March of only $200 when I requested $2,000; the rest of the requested amount was put back into my balance, so in the past 3 weeks of requesting $2,000, I have only been paid $600.
I just received my fourth payment of only $200 out of a $2,000 request. The remaining balance of $1,800 has then been put back into my account. It has now been 4 weeks, and I've only received a total of $800 out of a $6800 withdrawal.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve been informed by my colleagues that they came up with a unique payment plan for your future withdrawals ($1000 to Bitcoin every Thursday) and the plan was confirmed and accepted by both sides. It takes effect on April 12 and will continue until the funds are paid out.
