Yes I have won a big amount of money I have been receiving reduced winnings each week and they seem to not wanting to send it on the 4 th day! Yes I Constentally call them every other day I lost thousand of dollars here and I never called and complained but if I request 2000.00 max draw they don’t deposit but 200.00 a week they gave me 400.00 the first 2 times I requested the max withdrawal limit is there anyway I can get all of my winnings or half this is really unfair to me what can I do to get all my money I didn’t play a thousand dollars and when. Lost it I didn’t get to just give them a 100 dollars and owe them 900 I am asking for help to receive my winnings I also have a Bitcoin adress something is not fair here help me plz

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Look it is real money it was around the first of June I request 2000.00 every week they r sending me 200.00 dollars a week instead of the 2000.00 I have a balance of 67455.00 dollars right this second I did not win it in a bonus play with my real money I won it

I should be receiving 2000.00 a week in my checking account but they told me they couldn’t send it across internationally to my bank so they have had me to make a Bitcoin adress witch I have and they send it two it but it’s not 2000.00 as I request each week it’s 200 minus the fees with runs 195.00 ish

Is there a way to make this casino give me my withdraw limits as u request or do I need to get ahold of gaming commission in the courts they took my money and believe me I didn’t get to play and loose but only pay them a hundred every week they took it and all of it now I won and they r only sending me a small percent and f it

Yes Peter that’s fine but all they tell me is that finance has the final say look I didn’t win this on a bonus sir I had lost a lot before I hit any way I request 2000.00 each week they only send me 200.00 it’s been a couple of months they started out paying me 400.00 2 times and then 300.00 1 time and now every time after is 200.00 I have asked them every week to please send me full withdraw limit witch is 2000.00 a week sir they ain’t doing that my balance is 76922.64 that’s a lot of money to me I know this it will take them over 6 years to pay me at 200 a week that is bull crap

We are informed that the Finance team has agreed with the customer on further brand new payment plan that has been exclusively offered for the customer in order to distribute the remaining winnings. As for now the Finance team has not received any further notices from the customer.

Well I have agreed to accept 1000.00 a week every Tuesday I also included in my email that if u miss a payment I will want the agreement to change and for the full max with draw limit be awarded each week until pay off is completed thank u guru I will keep you posted thanks so much or if you would plz let the casino know these terms I have accepted there offer and I hope they understand mine as well and thank u again for helping me I will recommend guru to everyone I know that is having trouble like myself I have sent finance department 2 emails so I should receive my 1000.00 every Tuesday I have a balance as of now 83,744.14 as of right now I played but I’m not going to play it any more until paid in full so that’s 83 weeks every Tuesday or they can send me check any time for all of it thank u guru very much

Hello Moongoon69,

It seems that the casino has a history of limiting the players' withdrawals to extreme levels. If both sides agreed on paying $1000 a week, I hope it will work out. Should there be any problems with this, please let me know. Since this is not the first time something like this happened if the casino doesn't comply with the $1000 a-week limit, there will be a bigger penalization.
