Casino allow Uk player to register until recently  with out a license issue by the Uk gambling commission only when I email The Interpol they start blocking uk players  they tool gbp200 ilegally they even know that I was allow to register ! No sip was ever changed ! This criminals allow it !!!!

Hello Janette.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with this casino. Just recently we had a similar case. Player was able to register from the UK. We tested the website several times but there was a blocking on the website for UK IPs. Could you please tell us more details about how you were able to register? Could you please tell us when it was possible to register from UK?

Hi It was on the 5th and 11 of December. They knew that I was allow to register Ruth reply to me saying that basically it was my fault for registering. It  is Only when I contact and threaten them to email  the  Interpol is only then when they put the banner to register the UK before they allow uk players and  took your money . There is guy on another forum with the same he won they did not pay him and in top top Of that rejected the Refund if deposits because he is from the UK . They did allow people to deposit ! The fact that they have take measures now is because I complaint to the Interpol I have attached the other guy complaint for you to see that this casino scammed people . Hello Janette.

 

We had a few complaints with casino WinOui, and this is from one of them:

 

"If we accept the deposit we always pay the winnings. You cannot prove that we dont pay winnings so you must stop claiming it."

 

referring to : "If I won £5000 my deposits are void and I would not receive my winnings."

 

 

From LCB thread we see that they refuse to pay to UK players which is something else than what they told us before.

(UK blocking has malfunction or somehow not worked for that player, on the other hand, we tried it several times, and always we were blocked from UK IP but most important that if they accept the bet, they will pay.)

 

 

I want to ask WinOui Casino to write us more about the cases on LCB + confirm what they wrote to us before.

Here we have the same case than the previous complaint that I responded.
WinOui doesn’t allow UK players to register, anyway if a player trick our registration form and succeed register and deposit, so we will never cancel winnings for this reason to be fair.

Regarding lcb, this forum proposed to his players to have a no deposit bonus on our website that we never agreed before, as we refused to offer this bonus, this forum target us with fake complaints, and bad review.

To resume : On WinOui, UK players are blocked to register. Even if a player bypass our blocking system, we will never cancel winnings because of his nationality or country of residence.

We have not "Trick anyone " you allowed people to register and when you were threatened by me and the Interpol only the you changed  start restricting that is why I havr proof that when I first got a reply from you never mentioned that you said basically that is our responsabolty to check the Laws of our country . If you wee restricting then you will reply to me by saying that your pay restricted U.K. customers . You are lying and you know it ! And the interpol cybercrime unit and the U.K. gambling commission are chasin your criminal activities

I want to mention that after similar case what we had, we tried multiple times to register to the casino from UK IPs and every time we were blocked. Same as now as you can see. However, the casino admitted that there was a bug in their system. During some time, UK citizens could register. Because of this mistake, they acted like these players were from the allowed country. (what we consider to be fair)

Well cause that bug  they illegally took my money so I want my gbp 200 refunded ASAP. They hace recognise why they did allow me so time to pay me back as they  are commuting a crime by keeping my money.

Plus winoui are telling lies after lies I never Wanted any bonus fRom LCB the simple reason why you got complaints is because you allowed people to register with out having a U.K. licensed . You did allowed after you were threatened by me and the cybercrime security team of Interpol you start putting restrictlions simple as. I want my 200 GBP back !

For 100% we agree that players from restricted countries should be blocked.

If blocking fails:

We believe that if casino (accidentally) take a player from the restricted country, it should treat the player as from allowed country.

In your case, it means that you have no right for a refund because you lost your money fairly. (if you bet and loss)

Because you mentioned other cases, we decided to investigate them.

 

In the case of player Gjc1980:
 

He wrote:

 

WINOUI CASINO took over £3000 out of my bank and refused to pay me over £8000 pounds because i was registered in the UK. They even refused to pay me back my deposits even though they verified my account beforehand knowing i was from the UK.

 

I have lots of photo and video evidence that i was still allowed to gamble ad deposit more money onto the site well after i was verified.

 

sent me a load of terms and conditions jargon that i had broken bonus rules and procedures.

 

 

 

It indicates that the player was accused of breaching bonus T&C's not restricted country problem.

 

Player markylastic is complaining about the same issue as you.

 

He is afraid that he had zero chance of winning, but there is no evidence that the casino didn't pay him.

 

Player Joel1212: looks like he also lost the money and then want a refund. (same as you)

 

 

 

Player Queenie Mark she confirmed that she won and received the winnings (which proves all that casino said about paying the winnings)

 

Player CharlesWIN: not sure what is this player complaining about - it looks like for French players was website unavailable for some time. (or completely different type of problem)

 

We also run a deep search where we checked the complaints and reputation on WinOui casino at a similar website as ours.  

We didn't find any complaint's, which indicates that somebody has a problem with this casino. (except LCB)

 

Because of all these reasons we believe that your complaint is unjustified.

You can submit the complaint to UK regulator - UKGC, but I do not believe that such action results of the refund.

No worries I am in contact with the Interpol cybercrime security. The fact that their system did not work well does not give them license to take illegally money from U.K. players. They are committing a crime and ilegal transaction . I have asked them for proof of all the transactions I made but they have not reply !

So if they are not going Refund me then at least I need the list of transactions with the Winoui logo. I asks a 100 times and they never send me. I WILL LIKE the record of my deposita ASAP ! if You saying that they did not commit anything wrong then I am sure they will provide those . Waiting  for all proof of my transactions i

Hello Janette.

 

I don't see a reason why casino shouldn't give you a list of transactions, but you already have them on credit card/payment method bill.  

If you believe that such proof will help you somehow, so do your best. (if you manage to get the money back, please write us an email, we would definitely like to hear more about that)  

 

Please WinOui Casino could you please give her a list of transactions.

Janette as I told you before, you have the proof of all the deposits. You sent it to us in the message: "proof that they took money from my uk account "  

 

There is visible that WinOui took your money. I am not sure what kind of other proof you are looking for and how it makes things different.

 

But if you insist on sending your deposit history from the casino (which you already have from the credit card) please WinOui Casino send her the file and let's close this complaint.

Point number the Interpol needs proof that the company do not want to help me. And proof that the money was taking from mine account. Also if winoui is so legal like you say it is then they should not have problem in sending me proof of deposit with the logo of winoui . But the do not send me anything yet despite asking several times. I cannot get to my account because they close it when I threatened them to go to the Interpol . Awaiting for proof of deposits from winoui . Proof of depositz with the winoui logo not Just a blank paper also the  full address of the company . awaiting reply from Winoui

Hello Janette and WinOui Casino.

 

Given time-frame already passed and because we explained Janette that casino didn't cheat her anyhow + also explained cases from LCB, we decided to reject Janette's complaint.

 

She still didn't receive some proof of payments, but we can't punish a casino for that. From what we know, this is something extraordinary, and casinos do not that regularly. As I wrote before if Janette wants to sue a casino she can use as evidence bills from the credit card (she already sent this bill, and it is clear that she paid money to WinOui Casino)
