The player's withdrawal is delayed for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.

I made my first withdrawal from the casino on February 13, 2022. The second on 14 February 2022 and the third on 15 February 2022 each amounted to € 500, for a total of € 1,500. First, they asked to wait for withdrawals for 3 business days. After that, I contacted the chat several times and asked to wait a few more days. And I made withdrawals the way they asked, using trustly.
Now, however, they canceled all my withdrawals today, claiming that not all the information has been received by the payment provider. And gave instructions regarding the latest chrome version and allow popup windows. I've already done this.
I have logged in to the casino with online banking IDs.
Now I have come to the conclusion that the casino may not want to pay me the winnings I have won when playing for real money. I now made another € 500 withdrawal using trustly to wait there?
Could you help me with the casino.

Do I understand correctly that you have now currently 1 pending withdrawal of 500€? Did you contact the casino since you requested your withdrawal through trustly?
Note that if you requested a new withdrawal, it might take up to a few days before it would arrive. If your account is verified and all the details are correct, it shouldn't take more than a week. I would definitely recommend only to wait in this situation.

After they cancelled my 3 withtrawals. I went to live chat and asked about this problem they said only that you have get an email about that problem. And I tried to get better explanation about what went wrong because I cant get any popup windows open when I try to press withdraw like their email about the problem said.
I dont believe that new withdrawal I have made yesterday after those cancelled is going to get paid for me because same problem no popup windows where I can choose the bank icon. I talked with two livechat persons with withdrawal problem first they asked try other withdraw methods and no popups and asked me to cancel it and try again.
So I just left my withtrawal 500€ there and it should have same problem than first three. But I can cancel it also myself if that is better?
Yes I contacted to the casino when I made my 3*500€ withrawals which were cancelled. And now with that 1*500€ which is pending like those 3 which were cancelled.
I just think waiting is not going to change anything. They are just going to cancel this withdrawal for same reason than those three. Because I couldnt see any popups.

I was in contact with the Casino live chat today regarding that re-requested € 500 withdrawal request. They said that that too will be canceled quite certainly because the popup window did not open when making the withdrawal request.
A customer service representative said he would put a manual request for a withdrawal request to the payment department regarding that € 500 withdrawal. Regarding manual withdrawals, I will receive a separate email according to the customer service representative. I also said that I want to withdraw all my money at once or 500 € / 24h, which is their limit.
In the same conversation, I also mentioned that I was in contact with the Casino Guru. And I want to end this case with my successful withdrawals.
Hopefully things will move forward.

I want to keep you up to date. Today I went again to ask in a live chat about the situation of withdrawal.
After the conversation, I received an email. It said that the payment department had received confirmation that a manual withdrawal would be made for me. They emailed me with my bank account information etc. I sent the information to them.
At the same time, I asked if I needed to do anything else to get the full amount into my bank account.

Previous withdrawals have immediately entered my bank account, but these are not. I asked the customer service about it and they do not currently have a rapid transfer and asked to wait 3 days. Today I went to ask about the status of withdrawals, so that 8.3 withdrawal is reportedly scheduled for 14.3 and the second withdrawal is scheduled for 18.3. I didn't see a schedule for that third yet.
