The player from the US claims the casino did not pay out his winnings from a welcome bonus, requiring the player to deposit in order to release the funds. Since the player doesn't dispute he played down his winnings, we were forced to close the complaint.

This casino does not pay. They coerce me into making a deposit to release my winnings from the welcome bonus. Didn't proceeded to go well over 6 months without paying me while giving me excuses for the runaround. Each week it was next week or a few days from now or soon. After 8 months I gave up. But assuredly this casino does not pay out and do not deposit your money. I expect nothing from this complaint but ultimately I want my deposit back not my winnings. The winnings were from a free bonus and then they require deposit to release the funds or open your cashier. Which now I feel like it was manipulation because I was never paid out in subsequently just lost $25 for nothing.

I did not rerequest the withdraw. They claim I played with it and lost it. And I honestly don't remember after 6 months of lies I might have. My issue is the hard earned $25 I deposited to get the $160 paid which I never would have done id I knew my withdrawal was never gonna happen or that it would take longer than 6 months. To me it feels like entrapment of some kind.

Please understand, the player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. For future reference, please contact us as soon as the issue occurs so that we can intervene before it's too late. I fully understand your frustration in waiting for your withdrawal for more than half a year, but we can only intervene if you have a withdrawable amount on your account.

That is fair. I guess this should have been posted as a review. End of the day I just want the record to state that this establishment absolutely doesn't pay out and any notion that they are legitimate is misinformation. And given that not even you can rectify the entrapment deposit they employ everyone should know that this casino is literally stealing from people under the guise that it unlocks the imaginary ability to withdraw when in reality no one withdraws from this casino
