Rollbit is one of the biggest casinos but have the worst reviews out of maybe all casinos in the world, and there is a reason for it.
They literally stole my money. I told them i had put a deposit closure on my account so i can't deposit because i was starting to get addiction. So i closed my deposit but i had over 300USD in rakeback that i wanted to play in hope to win back my loss but they instead banned my account without atleast giving me the bonus or let me play it. Pick different caino, they got one star ratings all over the internet.

I haven't broken any rules, yet my withdrawal of $3200 has been denied. However, I can still log in to my account despite this situation. Although my account hasn't been frozen or suspended, all casino and sports betting services are blocked, preventing me from playing or submitting withdrawal requests. I haven't received any response from support. I considered filing a complaint with CASINOGURU, but all the latest complaints are on rollbit's "no reaction policy," so I've concluded it's pointless. It may have been somewhat usable a few years ago, but now it's garbage, a scam casino.
I am writing this to warn others about the appalling level of customer service at Rollbit. Instead of resolving issues through professional dialogue, this platform uses censorship as their primary tool.
My experience with their support team has been a disaster:
Discord Ban: I was summarily banned from their official Discord server simply for raising a legitimate concern and asking for clarification.
Support Threats: When I contacted Live Chat to discuss my case politely, agents threatened to mute me if I continued to ask questions.
Ghosting: Support staff frequently and intentionally terminate live chat sessions mid-conversation to avoid providing any real answers or escalating the matter to senior management.
It is deeply concerning that a platform of this size chooses to silence and threaten its users rather than engaging in transparent communication. If you expect to be treated with respect or to have your questions answered, look elsewhere. Rollbit prefers the "ban" button over professional conflict resolution.

I have an account with Rollbit and won approximately $2,100, which I wanted to withdraw.
I then had to verify my identity.
I am German and live in a country where gambling with Rollbit is legal.
During verification, I provided my address, but my documents were not accepted because they originated from a country where gambling is prohibited.
My account was then simply blocked. I can prove my address, but unfortunately, Rollbit doesn't care.
My money is gone, and I'm not receiving any response!

They are not trustworthly, regurally scamming players in same scheme of false accusations, if you win anything there you most likely wont see your money, honestly I recommend avoid this fraud.

My winnings were simply withheld. I definitely wouldn't recommend the casino. Unless you just want to lose money, then at least donate it. The account was closed and my winnings withheld without giving any valid reasons. Criminal in my opinion.

Worst experience I have ever had with any crypto casino. I was a platinum member with close to $1 mil turnover for about 10-11 months, their customer support can't be even discussed - only general messages, super bad, I self-excluded myself - they decided the best decision is to go away, did not offer me any kind of option to come back, no rewards, nothing. They even went further, all the money I played, they think is so good they won't reward me and give me back my rakeback. Worst experience of any casino I ever had for 15 years.
