So today I deposited via another payment method or another account, but for an invisible reason I have still blocked my account up to now.
Uploaded all documents or screenshots that are necessary for verification.
It has been "in progress" for several hours but nothing is happening.
When contacting live support I always get an answer, they will make every effort to make it work, but somehow it goes in order.
