I have repeatedly asked that my account be closed. I have emailed them several times and they will not get back to me. When I go to chat I get harassed again and again. They say I cannot close my account without telling them why. IN SO MANY WORDS. I told Oscar the manager. I emailed support several times they never get back to me. By law I do not have to say why. I did though and am not going through it again. I should be able to close my own account as you can on other sites.

Please understand that the casino has the full right to request such information and it is really important for casinos to know the reason why players want to close their accounts. Casinos do this mostly to separate players who have gambling problems from the rest as casinos use different tools to close their accounts and protect them from spending more money.
I can only recommend that you fully cooperate with the casino and provide the required information as soon as possible if you truly wish to close your account.
