I deposited cryptocurrency at Royal Reels without any problems. However, when I tried to withdraw my $698.27 winnings, the withdrawal was technically impossible, and the same error appeared every time.
I tried everything: different browsers, incognito mode, a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPN locations in different countries, different amounts, and different cryptocurrencies. Nothing worked.
I even asked a friend to create a new account and try to withdraw a small amount. He received the exact same error. This indicates a systemic technical issue on Royal Reels’ side that prevents players from withdrawing funds.
I have been contacting support for a week. They keep sending template replies saying that the issue has been escalated and that I should wait, and then they repeat the same troubleshooting instructions I have already followed many times.
Today is July 21, my money has still not been paid, the issue remains unresolved, and the casino cannot even provide a withdrawal timeframe.

SCAMMERS - get your money out asap Hi Everyone. On royal reels 9 l deposited up to about 4K over a 2 week period and ran it up to $60k USD on blackjack. ( also considering their blackjack is rigged as they always cut half deck and definitely have more low cards added. I counted 50 cards less than 9 and 16 pictures over 66 cards.) this just does not happen in blackjack) When I stopped at about 40k USD I tried to withdraw the money in $9000 USD increments (withdrawal limit). After two days and still pending I attempted to cancel withdrawal and try again. When I clicked cancel, the app showed an error of 'no withdrawal pending' and my balance was wiped. First thing to say about Royal Reels is that they are different to every other casino. This is because of the games I can play here that I can't anywhere else. For example, Push Gaming is one of my favourite providers and here is the only place I can play them. And no you don't need a VPN. Pretty much all the providers you can't play elsewhere you can here.
Second thing to say is, having read mostly negative comments in the reviews about withdrawals, I had to wait before posting my review to see how my withdrawal went - they paid me in under a day. Deposited $30 with 50% bonus and withdrew $225. No problems. No KYC either.
Third thing to say is about their bonus terms. The wagering is 30x the granted bonus ONLY (the deposit amount is not included) which is fantastic. It has to be the most realistic terms I have ever seen in regards to actually clearing the wagering.
Last but not least is the RTPs of the slots. Well they are excellent. I always make a point to check the RTP in the game rules and other casinos will have lower RTP version games, but here it was the max RTP versions. A good experience from me so far. Good luck to everyone.

Not worth the time to be honest. I had a dispute and they didn't offer anything to me. Long time for support to reply and not very helpful.
I have some doubt in the legitness of their games as they all seemed unlock which is unusual for most casinos without a VPN. So as others have said the RTP seems very poor as the games might be getting rigged.
