I haven't received any resolve on getting my account verified so that I can withdraw my bonus winnings. This has been the case with other inclave login casinos as well but we can disregard those right now.

Sent sept 15, have had 0 responses at all. I sent them ID and proof of address as well.

This is a joke, I checked my status on their site and still not verifies, to add to this nonsense they removed my 100$ bonus winnings without even an email.

Yes, miraculously their chat is up and running, all they kept repeating was to check my history. I don't care anymore since this was off a bonus. We can close this complaint, thank you for your time.
