They don't want to pay out my winnings, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks, I've contacted them several times. They paid me the first prize but not the second one yet. On 03/19/22 I won and received 400 euros. The on 03/22/22. I'm also missing 400 euros please help. My evidence here in screenshots photo proves it.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Which payment method you have opted for?

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Yes, you understood me correctly, dear Petronela , I received the first payout on my bank account on 03/28/22. But the second one is still open and I've been waiting for it for over 15 days, unfortunately nothing has arrived yet
. I also did the KYC verification. I took screenshots of every conversation with them.Kind regards
