The player from Germany requested a withdrawal and after more than 3 weeks of waiting for the payment, she decided to submit a complaint. The player received the payment approximately 5 weeks after the withdrawal request. The complaint is resolved.
I've been waiting for my payout since January 9th, 2022, I have submitted all the necessary documents and the account is verified.
I get no response to my emails or questions.
