The player from Germany has requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. It hasn’t been received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
On 01/11/22 I was told that it would be transferred and that it would take 2 to 3 working days for the transfer to date I have not received the money. I won 2000 euros 1000 euros were paid to me in December the other 1000 euros still not the support said I should write an email I did that but I get no answer from them

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

The first request was 12/17 because the money was in my account on 12/23. The next request was then processed on January 11th, unfortunately the money has still not been transferred after almost 2 weeks, so I am contacting you and hope you can help me further
Money arrived today, now I have a guilty conscience that I complained. The drawback is that they are unfortunately only paid out 1000 euros per week.
