I applied for a payout of €500 from Wildpharao on August 6th, 2022. This payout was also confirmed to me on the same day (see attachment). So four weeks later, I still can't post any money. The live chat points to payments@wildpharao.com and every time says you forward it to payments as well. I have already sent several emails to payments@wildpharao.com and never received a reply. I have already made several withdrawals at Wildpharao and they always took a long time, but I find four weeks to be much too long.

My credit resulted from a cashback amount of €10 that I received on June 6th, 2022 (see attachment). According to the support, the cashback amount must be wagered 10 times (€100). Of course I did that and ended up with a credit of €700, but since you can only withdraw 50 times the amount of the cashback, the rest was forfeited.

Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
