I was in the middle of playing XY, was placing a $4 bet with $54 in my account then i was kicked out of the game and when i came back and tried to place another $4 i couldn-t because my account was now $0. I have screenshots of my account bets/transactions and you can add them up and see where i should have $54 but instead am credited with nothing. I contacted customer service and was told that the problem was "out of her training" and told to email support@wild.io which i did with no response.
