Hello, I am experiencing to issues with my requests in Lamabet.

30-Dec-2024: I made a deposit that it was not shown in my account several days before. They have not resolved it yet and they don't give me a timeline.

02-Jan-2025: I have made a withdrawal request of 1000 euros and today is the 3rd day that is still pending. They don't provide me with a timeline for this, too.

I am really afraid that they might not make any progress with the above. My account is fully verified among with my bank account.

Can you help me, please?

I have not managed to withdrawal the amount that I have. They keep asking new and new actions such new deposits new docs we even performed video call verification. They find always an excuse. Can you help me please?

They asked me new deposits, new payment methods, many docs and also a video call verification. All of these are succussfully verified. And now I am waiting my withdrawal request of 700 euros through Skrill as they suggested because they said Revolut is not functional. They do not even give me an estimation. I am really afraid of their suspicious behavior. Kindly help me. Thank you.

As a new withdrawal was requested through a new payment method, I would advise to wait out the 14 days withdrawal period.

Dear Nick as you can see they finally approved it but then did not perform it because of technical reasons they said and now they are asking for me to deposit with another method again for the 3rd time. This is unacceptable and suspicious. Can you help me please?
