Hello, I am experiencing to issues with my requests in Lamabet.

30-Dec-2024: I made a deposit that it was not shown in my account several days before. They have not resolved it yet and they don't give me a timeline.

02-Jan-2025: I have made a withdrawal request of 1000 euros and today is the 3rd day that is still pending. They don't provide me with a timeline for this, too.

I am really afraid that they might not make any progress with the above. My account is fully verified among with my bank account.

Can you help me, please?
