I started a live chat for a glitch in the blackjack hand that I played and while I was chatting with love support I got booted off and my balance was gone this is the second time this has happened and I haven't been helped by them at allfile

Unfortunately it still simply shows only 1 balance. Is there any actual proof that something disappeared? Based on the current provided screenshot it is impossible to say whether you had or not higher balance. Is there any way to show what was your balance before it disappeared? Any betting history or proof of it?

Dear Hronis,

Unfortunately the case is not moving forward as we did not receive any relevant evidence showing that you ever had a higher balance. After multiple request for the proof, we will have to reject the complaint.

I'm really sorry that we could not help you out but without proof we can't contact the casino, they could simply deny anything.

You can still try to get in touch with the casino's licensing authorities, they might be able to help you out.
